About my experience:
I practiced American Football from the early age of 5 and throughout College level for a total of 20 years. I also had the opportunity of coaching for 11 years, (including kids and adults), and have been a trainer for almost 10 years, including 2 years as a Strength & Conditioning coach at College level and a personal trainer and manager for different organizations, including 24 Hour Fitness and Lifetime Fitness.
I hold a B.A., have taken several courses and have completed different nationally recognized certifications through out my career. Currently, I am certified by NASM.
My fitness history also includes other disciplines like Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ice Hockey and Power Lifting.
A few years ago I started participating in races, from 5 k's to full marathons and later triathlons.
As a multi-sport athlete I am a firm believer on cross-training and about the importance of a well balanced life.
I consider mental health a high priority and continuously work to maintain and promote that.
For the same reason, I have participated on many different seminars, courses, and other practices that promote personal growth, transformation, leadership, coaching and self expression. Through these practices, I have learned to relate to people on a different level, be a good listener and a compassionate coach.
I have been able to create a whole new realm of possibilities in my life, supporting the ones who surround me.
It is my priority to make sure my clients stay focused on their goals and create any new possibilities for their lives with no limitations.
There is nothing as rewarding for me than seeing a happy, transformed client!
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
To fun, health and fitness,
