Mini-Group Training.- Just like 1 on 1 training, but in groups of 2 and up to 4 people, receive a complete monthly assessment, nutrition guidance, cardiorespiratory exercise programs and my professional attention/supervision on a resistance training program. Each session is a whole hour of supervised resistance exercises.
