1 on 1 Personal Training.- 

I will assist you with all the 4 elements of Fitness for success on your physical transformation:
Resistance training, Cardiorespiratory exercises, Nutrition and Professional guidance.

Includes a complete monthly assessment, Nutrition guidance, cardiorespiratory exercise programs and resistance training one on one in the comfort of a fully equipped private studio, including medicine balls, cables, free weights, balance balls, etc.
1 hour resistance training session always under my undivided, professional supervision.
(You will receive written cardio workouts to perform on your own as well as nutrition guidance).

Mini-Group Training.- Just like 1 on 1 training, but in groups of 2 and up to 4 people,  receive a complete monthly assessment, nutrition guidance, cardiorespiratory exercise programs and my professional attention/supervision on a resistance training program. Each session is a whole hour of supervised resistance exercises.
